DOXA DANCE MINISTRY
Teaching dancers to use their God-given abilities to glorify Him and point others to the hope found in Jesus Christ.
For Currently Enrolled Families
Dancers in our Sweet Peas (4 year olds) through Upper School levels participate in the end-of-season performances. Current families can find the information they need for dress rehearsals and performances here.
Classes began September 3rd and continue until April 17th, with rehearsals and performances through April 26th.
Due to end-of-season performance preparations, only non-performing classes (Mommy & Me, Toddlers, Adults) can add new students at this time.

For toddlers to adults; for beginners, intermediate, and advanced dancers; for both girls and boys - we have the perfect class for you.
The Coterie & Kerusso programs provide intensive training for high-school and pre-professional dancers and perform at events throughout the year.
Doxa is a ministry of Paramount Baptist Church in Amarillo, Texas. If you are looking for a church home, we would love for you to visit.
There are many ways you can help Doxa succeed in our mission to share the gospel of Jesus Christ and glorify God through dance.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When do classes start?
How and when do I register?
Registration for new students begins mid-June for the upcoming season (September - April). Registration for summer camps, workshops, and open classes begins early May. New class schedules are posted on our Season Classes page at least two weeks prior.
We accept students (space allowing) into performing classes until the first day back in January. After that point, new students can enroll in Mommy & Me, Toddler, and Adult classes only.
But you can create a Parent Portal account any time!
What does my child need for class?
Each female dancer needs a leotard in the designated color of her level, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Male dancers need a solid t-shirt in their level colors, athletic pants (preferably jogger-style), and black ballet shoes. For more details, visit our Dress Code page.
Is my child too old to start ballet?
We believe dancing can be enjoyed at any age, regardless of experience. Any dancer who has consistent class attendance and approaches each class focused and eager to learn will see improvement in their ability. We offer classes designed to incorporate beginners of any age.
Are Doxa dancers available to perform at events in the community?
Yes! Our Ensemble programs do just that. Doxa Coterie & Doxa Kerusso are auditioned performing ensembles that participate in local events, perform for various organizations, and travel. To discuss the possibility of having these dancers be involved in your event/organization, email our Ensembles Director, Mark Leber.
Do you have scholarships available?
Our tuition is affordably priced, but we know it can still be cost-prohibitive for some families or sometimes, an unexpected change in finances occurs. Please never interrupt your student's training because of financial strain - we can help! Need-based scholarships are available; contact us for more information.
