Sometimes it is hard to know what God is doing. What seems like a barren, empty time is often just the waiting that God uses to shape us for what's next. Like a seed buried deeply underground, we know His perfect plan awaits His perfect timing, and will undoubtedly spring to life.
Join us for one of our annual recitals as we worship together - if you know a specific dancer you'd like to see, be sure to ask them when they perform!
BLESSED BY GOD: Lessons from the Book of Job
Blessed By God follows The Sufferer through a sudden and inexplicable loss of possessions, family, and an apparent rift in relationship with the God she adores. Her friends offer incomplete and misguided "comfort" but eventually God shows her a vision of His world, His sovereignty, and His love for her that changes her perspective and leads her to sincere worship.
"My ears had heard of you but now my eyes have seen you."

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
When do classes start?
Regular Season Classes begin in September, the Tuesday following Labor Day. They end with performances mid to late April. For full schedule information, see Season Classes or Summer at Doxa.
How and when do I register?
Registration for new students begins in late July for the upcoming season (September - April). Registration for summer camps, workshops, and open classes begins early May. New class schedules are posted on our Season Classes page at least two weeks prior.
We accept students (space allowing) into performing classes until the first day back in January. After that point, new students can enroll in Dance with Me, Toddler, and Adult classes only.
But you can create a Parent Portal account any time!
What does my child need for class?
Each female dancer needs a leotard in the designated color of her level, pink tights, and pink ballet shoes. Male dancers need a fitted t-shirt in their level colors, athletic pants (preferably jogger-style), and black ballet shoes. For more details, visit our Dress Code page.
Most dress code items can now be purchased on our new Revolution Dancewear site! shopnimbly.com/doxa
Is my child too old to start ballet?
We believe dancing can be enjoyed at any age, regardless of experience. Any dancer who has consistent class attendance and approaches each class focused and eager to learn will see improvement in their ability. We offer classes designed to incorporate beginners of any age.
Do you have scholarships available?
Our tuition is affordably priced, but we know it can still be cost-prohibitive for some families or sometimes, an unexpected change in finances occurs. Please never interrupt your student's training because of financial strain - we can help! Need-based scholarships are available; contact us for more information.
TERMINOLOGY QUIZZES
BY LEVEL
Help your growing dancer practice their ballet terminology at home by using our curated lists. A dancer's ability to quickly identify steps and positions by verbal cue can make a huge difference in their improvement.
