Dancers in this level enroll in and attend one of these class times per week.

No prior experience is required, but dancers must be potty-trained. Students must have turned three by the start of the active season - no exceptions are made in this level. This rule applies even for students who enroll later in the season. A student who does not meet the age requirement by the start of the season can enroll in a Dance With Me class instead, if desired, or should wait until the following season to start. We promise this policy is based in learned experience - we want to ensure your little dancer has a great experience and would rather they wait until we can confidently say they are ready.

This is a non-performing level (recital participation begins in Sweet Peas).

Rosebuds wear a white leotard (girls). If they would like to wear a skirt, a leotard with a skirt attached is preferred at this age.

All levels wear:

• level-specific color leotard
• pink ballet tights
• pink ballet shoes
• hair fully secured for class - ballet bun, neat and smooth
• optional: a single-layer dance skirt or close-fitting pair of shorts
