SUMMER OPEN CLASSES
For Intermediate - Advanced Dancers
Doxa offers older students the ability to begin or continue their training through the summer in an open class format. These classes can be mixed-and-matched for schedule flexibility.
Those in Pointe II - IV are encouraged to take some classes on pointe, Foundation or Challenge. Dancers have the freedom and primary responsibility of maintaining their pointe work over the summer. Pointe I students could take barre on Foundation days on pointe.
BEGINNERS CLASS
July 3 - 26
Designed primarily for teen beginners who are getting a later start to ballet or returning after a long break. Ages 12 and up.

FOUNDATION CLASS

Upper-Intermediate ballet class. More advanced students are welcome to take this class on pointe.

Advanced ballet technique class (taught roughly equivalent to Violets/Orchids levels).

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Option 1: Pay the by-the-class rate of $7.50
Option 2: Purchase an Open Class Pass
The Open Class Pass gives you the flexibility to come when you can at a cheaper per-class rate. Simply estimate how many classes your dancer is likely to take this summer based on their availability, and choose the pass that works for you.
1 class = 1 "card punch"
- Red Pass: 6 punches - $35 (Save $10. That's 1 free class!)
- Orange Pass: 10 punches - $60 (Save $15. That's 2 free classes!)
- Yellow Pass: "Unlimited" - $80 (Save $40. That's 5 free classes!) -- best value for students planning to double up and attend foundation and challenge classes back to back, or a mixture of morning classes and afternoon classes
Please note: Passes are good for the current summer only. Any unused punches will not be reimbursed and cannot be applied to future semesters. Punch card is virtual - you will not receive a hard-copy pass, but the teacher will "punch" the virtual card when taking attendance and your remaining punches should be visible in your parent portal.
To purchase an Open Class Pass, go to the Parent Portal. Passes must be paid for when purchased. Purchase the Pass you want FIRST, and then select all the dates for open classes which you plan to attend (purchasing the pass first bypasses the per-class drop-in fees).
